Collin is the Bar Manager at Bellota, located in SOMA in San Francisco, Ca.  Collin and I have been working together to create content for his social media as well as press for Bellota. Most recently Collin and I worked together on a drink submission for a competition that was held by Bombay Saphire. The judging criteria was based almost 50% on drink presentation. Based on his drink submission Collin was selected to compete as 1 of 11 selected from the Bay Area ( total class of 1,100). Collin won the competition and is now planning on representing the Bay area as one of a panel of international finalist to compete in London.
